Employer of Choice Program
Are you still measuring employee satisfaction the old-fashioned way? And then compare the results with sector-wide benchmarks? While it is actually unclear what employees really find important in the specific context of your organization? You may be missing the mark.
To make real impact, Employers of Choice turn things around.
Evidence-based practice
We see the promise “Employer of Choice” used more often. The promise often refers to optimal employee satisfaction. But ‘satisfaction’ is a very broad concept. So how do you, as an organization, ensure that professionals choose you? This requires insights that only your employees can provide.
Within the Employer of Choice Program we therefore first measure what makes employees find your organization so irresistibly attractive that they choose you as an employer. Now and in the future. What aspects will make the difference? And how do you know whether that difference, also known as your ’employee value proposition’, is actually being realized? You can have all sorts of preconceived ideas about this. Or you can rely on ambiguously constructed benchmarks. But the only ones who can really tell you are the people in your own organization.
Once we know which dimensions your organization needs to work on to become more attractive, a more in-depth study follows via a customized Do Better Scan. In this way we make transparent which drives will ensure improvement and where within the organization the most impact can be made. This forms the basis of customized improvement interventions.

Step 3: Design
The development program will be designed to provide a practical action perspective for immediate and targeted action after measurement
Step 4: Development
To make a real impact, of course, the development program must be practically rolled out and regularly tested against new diagnoses.
