Validated measurement & improvement
The Psychological Safety Scan measures, on the one hand, the outcome indicators for psychological safety and letting your voice be heard (employee voice) provided by science. On the other hand, we measure the systemic drivers of psychological safety. Systemic drivers are specific leadership and work climate factors that have been proven to affect the degree of psychological (social) safety.
