How do you measure Strategic Alignment?
Our Strategic Alignment Scan measures both the degree of alignment within your organization and the systemic drivers that strengthen or weaken alignment.
In total science has identified 45 drivers that impact alignment. During the intake we will select the 10 to 12 drivers that are most relevant to your organization. We will actively survey these during the measurement.
