It’s all about creating a long-term, valuable, and sustainable process in which you achieve goals together in order to achieve optimum success for everyone involved. For this goal we have developed a unique roadmap. That is not a “one size fits all” standard plan. We tailor it especially for your organization. In this way, you work very precisely and focused on becoming a Better Company.
Diagnosis
At the core of our intervention approach lies a scientifically validated diagnosis, always conducted using our Do Better Scan. Starting with an initial baseline measurement, we follow up over time with annual impact assessments (and potentially interim pulse measurements). Measurement outcomes precisely show you what is happening “below the surface,” in the veins of your organization.
Dialogue
The diagnosis offers a wealth of material for discussion at all levels in the organization. A good conversation that can also be a relevant intervention in itself. That is why the diagnosis is always followed by dialogue in the organization at the team level about the most important findings and outcomes. This creates ownership and a collectively mobilized sense of urgency to work together towards effective improvement.
Design
The design of an evidence-based development program begins with dialogue about outcomes and findings. This program aims to develop and improve the key drivers identified with the diagnosis, which are crucial for achieving desired outcomes, such as inclusion, alignment, or vitality. The development program is designed in such a way that it provides a practical actionable perspective for immediate and targeted action after the measurement.
Development
To make a real impact, it is crucial to roll out and execute the development program practically within the organization. This requires a combination of targeted training, coaching, and education for leadership and team development. Because we work in a data-driven manner, the diagnosis not only clarifies which drivers your organization needs to improve but also where those improvements are needed within the organization.
Delta
To close the cycle, we conduct an impact assessment after all development interventions have been implemented. In addition to conclusions, this leads to a new diagnosis. What changes and developments have taken place in the past year? Have the objectives been achieved and has your organization become a better version of itself? In short, has a real difference, a substantial delta, been made? But also: what are we going to work on from now on? Because even a Better Company can always make something better!
