Intervention Design
The design of an evidence-based development program begins with dialogue about outcomes and findings. This program is intended to develop and improve the key drivers identified with the diagnosis of alignment. The development program is designed in such a way that it provides a practical, actionable perspective for immediate and targeted action after the measurement. Measuring just to know is not enough. Taking action after the measurement is what will make the real difference.
A co-creation
The development program is custom-made by The Better Company in collaboration with your own change management experts. Given the nature of the underlying drivers, the development program includes learning and development interventions for targeted leadership and team development, which may need to go hand in hand with supportive culture interventions.
Integration with existing development programs
It will not be necessary to introduce a completely new development program in the organization that operates alongside or on top of existing, proprietary development programs. Our intention is always to allow existing programs to continue to exist but make them more targeted and relevant by integrating additional impactful development interventions that are motivated by the diagnosis.
